Delete your Peranamics account
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Peranamics account and associated data from Tough App Corporation. This covers the Android app com.peranamics.beta. You do not need to install the app or sign in to use this page.

- Please delete my Peranamics account and all associated cloud data. I am writing from my registered account email. Please verify ownership and confirm when deletion is complete.
Lost access to that email? Contact the same support address and explain that you need help verifying ownership. Never send passwords, one-time codes, card numbers or financial documents.
What happens next
- We review the request and verify ownership through your registered email. Knowing an email address alone is not sufficient to authorize deletion.
- Support replies with the expected completion date and any necessary verification steps. We aim to complete verified requests within 7 days; if more time is needed, we will explain why.
- We remove the account and associated active cloud data, then email you when processing is complete. Deletion is irreversible. You may withdraw the request by replying before we process it.
What is deleted
- The Peranamics sign-in account and profile held by our authentication provider.
- Synced income and expense entries, recorded accounts, savings goals, investments, finance and business records.
- Synced preferences, pet progress, completed game results, capture-use counters and app-managed cloud recovery copies.
Device copies and outside services
Save any records you need before requesting deletion. We cannot remotely erase copies on offline devices. After completion, clear Peranamics storage on every device: Android Settings → Apps → Peranamics → Storage → Clear data. This removes all Peranamics accounts and local records on that device; save anything belonging to other local accounts first.
Disconnecting sync, signing out or uninstalling alone does not request cloud-account deletion. Guest sessions have no cloud account; ending the session discards their temporary records.
This request does not close your Google, Facebook, Apple, GCash or bank account. Peranamics beta does not start paid subscriptions. Any subscription purchased separately must be managed with its billing provider; contact support if you need help.
Backups and retained information
Cloudflare database backups may retain deleted data for up to 30 days before they expire. They are separate from the active app and are not available for account recovery after deletion. If a service restore is needed, completed deletions must be reapplied before access resumes.
Authentication-provider backups and security logs follow the provider’s retention settings. We will identify any applicable retention in our completion reply. We keep only the support correspondence and minimal completion record needed to handle the request and prevent accidental restoration. Any longer retention required for security or legal reasons will be explained, including the reason and period.
